UK cities are the sum of its people. We began with this in mind when we started smaller projects and looked to transform places. To support neighbourhoods and communities to flourish.  PIP is expanding its work through property renovation to focus on rejuvenating homes, student accommodation and commercial hubs.  We now seek to help build and regenerate future neighbourhoods, always maintaining our vision of creating better places to live, for the people who live there.
